1. Consultations & booking

  • Every new client starts with a free, no-obligation consultation. We review your goals, skin and health history, then give you a personalized plan with clear pricing before anything is booked. There is never any pressure.

  • We are open 7 days a week, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, by appointment only, at 20 Eglinton Avenue East, Unit 403, Toronto, ON M4P 1A6.
  • We recommend booking 24 to 48 hours ahead. Same-day appointments are offered when available.
  • Clients must be 18 or older for injectables, thread lifts and energy-based treatments such as HIFU, RF microneedling and laser.

2. Who performs your treatment

  • Injectable treatments are led by Dr. Fereshteh Tangestani, Aesthetic Doctor & Lead Injector.
  • Our clinic is led by founder Penfrances Granada, Certified Medical Aesthetician.
  • Every treatment follows strict safety, hygiene and consent standards.

3. Cancellations, rescheduling & late arrivals

  • Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Simply reply to your reminder, WhatsApp us or call. This lets us offer your time to another client.
  • We send reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before your visit. Please confirm when asked.
  • Repeated late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) or missed appointments may mean future bookings need to be prepaid.
  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment or move it to another time so other clients are not delayed.

4. Pricing & payment

  • Prices depend on the treatment, the area and the number of sessions. You receive a clear quote at your consultation before you commit.
  • Payment is due at the time of your treatment.
  • Monthly specials and package prices apply only to bookings made within the offer period and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
  • Prepaid packages are for the named client, are non-refundable and are best used within 12 months for the best results.
  • Financing: you can glow now and pay later with Medicard by iFinance. See our financing page. Financing is provided by iFinance, not by our clinic, and all applications are subject to approval.

5. Results, aftercare & refunds

  • Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Some treatments need several sessions and maintenance visits. We set realistic expectations at your consultation.
  • Most treatments have little to no downtime. Temporary redness, swelling or minor bruising can happen. You will receive personalized aftercare instructions, and we check in with you the day after your visit.
  • Treatments that have already been performed are not refundable.
  • If you have any concern after your treatment, please contact us within 14 days so we can review it with you.
  • If you notice severe pain, skin colour changes or any change in vision after an injectable treatment, contact us right away and seek urgent medical care.

6. Your health & safety

  • A complete health history and a signed consent form are required before every new treatment. Please tell us about medications, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and recent treatments.
  • Some treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with an active skin infection, after a recent sunburn, or with certain medical conditions or devices (for example, a pacemaker for some energy-based treatments).
  • For your safety, we may postpone or decline a treatment if it is not right for you at that time.

7. Photos & privacy

  • Before and after photos may be taken as part of your confidential treatment record.
  • We only share photos on our website or social media with your separate written consent. Eyes are covered and names are never shown. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

8. Gift cards

  • Gift cards do not expire, are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Respectful environment

  • We are committed to a calm, welcoming and respectful clinic. Abusive or unsafe behaviour toward our team or other clients may result in an appointment being ended.

10. Website terms
